2. Package Inspection & Cash on Delivery
We operate on complete transparency. When ordering with Cash on Delivery (COD):
- You are encouraged to open the outer transit carton and inspect your items in the presence of the delivery representative.
- Verify that sizes (e.g. shoe size 43 or jacket size XL) match your order confirmation before completing payment.
- If an item is physically damaged during transit, you may refuse acceptance immediately with zero penalty.
3. 3-Day Return & Size Exchange Guarantee
We understand that finding the perfect fit for industrial boots and workwear is vital for comfort and safety. We offer a 3-day return or exchange period starting from the timestamp of delivery, subject to the following fair conditions:
Eligible for Return / Exchange:
- Items unworn on work/construction sites (indoor try-on only)
- Original brand packaging, shoe boxes, and tags intact
- Manufacture defect discovered within warranty period
- Wrong size or model received
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened consumable respirator/dust mask boxes (hygiene)
- Ear plugs with broken hygienic foil seal
- Items worn on muddy, dusty, or oil-soiled jobsites
- Custom embroidered or screen-printed corporate workwear
